Will the other party know I'm using a coach?
No. You type what they said, and Haggl gives you the next move privately. Like having a coach texting you the play during the conversation.
Can I use it for salary negotiations?

What if a response is slow?

Your negotiation data is stored securely and never shared. You can delete any negotiation from your dashboard at any time.
Do I need to be in the negotiation right now to use Haggl?
No. You can prep your strategy before the conversation, and then use live coaching during it. Each mode works independently.
How does practice mode work?
Practice mode lets you rehearse against a live opponent before the real conversation. The opponent uses realistic tactics for your negotiation type, so you can stress-test your responses. Pro feature.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you 20 AI coaching calls and 2 new negotiations per day. Pro raises both to 150 calls and 20 negotiations, and unlocks the Practice Simulator plus profile analytics and the billing portal.
Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you get pro-rated access for the rest of the month. Cancel from the billing portal and Pro runs through the end of your current cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
14-day no-questions-back from your first Pro charge. Email support and the refund posts to the same card.
How does billing work?
Monthly USD. The card on file is charged on signup and the same day every month after. Stripe handles the payment; we never store card numbers.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay where Stripe supports them. No PayPal or crypto at this time.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
No formal trial. The Free tier is the trial. Run it through a real negotiation. If it helps, upgrade. If it doesn't, you've cost yourself nothing.
